  • At this time, TungstenTreasure ships merchandise to most international locations. If the items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped out within the next 48 hours. You will be alerted if an item is temporarily out of stock or if any other delay will occur immediately. Your orders will be shipped via USPS First Class and it will take 5-8 business days (Excluding Holidays) to be received unless you select another shipping method. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • We stand behind our jewelry and offer a lifetime guarantee on all our Tungsten rings. So, if it bends, breaks, scratches, or tarnishes, send it back for a free replacement. The shipping is on us. Just be sure to follow the Return/Exchange instructions listed below. Some products come with a lifetime manufacturers warranty. Those rings must be returned to the manufacturer if past 60 days. Manufacturer?s return instructions will be mailed with the item.

With the exception of custom rings, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling, unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Exchanges must be made within 60 days. If your item is sold out, your exchange will become a return and we will provide a refund in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made All Returns/Exchanges must be made by mail. Tungsten Treasure.com provides you with an easy method of returning an item: 1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call us immediately at 1-910-261-5258 for assistance. 2. Please read the information on your original packing slip. 3. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. 4. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number. 5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid, as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. 6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip 7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us. 8. For Tungsten and Titanium ring exchanges past 60 days for damages or defects, please call or email us prior to returning your item for return authorization. 9. If exchanging, for reasons other than item defects, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
